Are you looking for a refresher class for your professional knowledge and to have a clearer understanding of the skin types and conditions?  Come and increase your confidence with Sherry and improve your services in the treatment room as well as your product recommendations for clients at home care.  

In this class, we will explore the different skin types and conditions that we face on a day-to-day basis, throughout your spa. Having a broad understanding of different skin types is essential for maintaining your client’s skin and providing your clients with the results they want.  

What will be discussed.

• The integumentary system 

• We will analyze the 5 primary skin types, their characteristics, and distinctive features.  
• Skin conditions, signs, symptoms, and triggers 

In this class we will take a deeper look into the integumentary system. We will analyze 5 primary skin types, their characteristics, and distinctive features. Next, we will look at the many skin conditions that can affect any skin type along with their signs, symptoms, and triggers. This class will help you feel more confident in your knowledge of identifying skin types and conditions.

Additional Notes:  Please download and set up your Teams App prior to class date to prevent any delay or loss in education.  All questions will be answered, please input your question into the chat menu, if you are not familiar with the chat – please wait until the end of the presentation and Sherry will answer them in accordance with the educational schedule.  Quiz will be available upon class completion and sent directly to emails provided at time of registration. Registrants have 24 Hours to complete and submit the quiz. If the quiz is not completed within this time frame, the online store credit will not be applied. To remain eligible for the online store credit, a final mark of 85% or higher is required on the Quiz. Quiz will only be sent to registrants who attended and participated in the online class.
